Hotel Laguna Garden

I would not recommend this hotel. First of all it’s allegedly four star hotel, yet bar and restaurant is only three star, the information about that is not provided anywhere! Never come across anything like that. Food every day the same, with small changes. Pool area is extremely poorly maintained with overgrown grass. No evening entertainment, kids entertainment virtually non existing. Unfriendly people in reception, speaks hardly any English, and not willing to help at all. Plus side, lads behind bar, and cleaning lady that was speaking even better English then a hotel manager.

Please families with children avoid this hotel if you don’t want to get sick. This hotel is advertised as a 4 start hotel, unfortunately it’s a joke how you can class your hotel as a 4 star when it’s very smelly from the corridor, spiderwebs everywhere, the sink is leaking, toilet seat is broken, the food is worse than what would you serve to your worst enemy ( we ended up eating outside most of the time) no taste or aspect.The entertainment non-existing especially for children. The swimming pool are extremely dirty especially the children one where they should focus more. The staff are very rude (IE when you are going in holiday you want to rest and sleep till you want not to be woken up by the cleaning lady early in the morning and if you dare to ask her to return in one hour she will say “then no cleaning “. In conclusion we ended up with a stomach bug picked up from the swimming pool and started being sick from day 4 of our holiday. Please rather pay a bit more and have an enjoyable and safe holiday then this.

A bad hotel. Sanitary measures are completely missing. The food - you can hardly find anything edible, including the tomatoes in the salads, was spoiled. Swimming pool is clean but with insufficient sunbeds for the number of people staying. The room - is quite spacious and with functional air conditioning, but this is where the positive aspects end. A heavy smell came from the bathroom no matter how much you left the window open, cleanliness rather not. There is no pool bar, only a snack bar where you have to get dressed to enter. No towels provided by hotel. I do not recommend it! We returned with two children sick with enterocolitis from there!

The staff is cold, rude, ironick and is providing surprisingly bad service. There are garbage cans full next to the swimming pool and nobody is cleaning them. The lifeguard is shouting at tourists with agressiveness. The beer and the wine is poor quality; the food abd the rooms are good though. This was my first time in this hotel and the last as well. Huge disappointment!
